Η διάδοση του Λαϊκού Μαζικού Αθλητισμού (Λ.Μ.Α.), γιατί ο αθλητισμός είναι δικαίωμα κάθε πολίτη.
Η διάδοση του τρεξίματος (χαλαρό, τροχάδην, jogging), σε άτομα κάθε ηλικίας άνδρες γυναίκες και παιδιά. Είναι επιστημονικά αποδεδειγμένο ότι το σωστό τρέξιμο διατηρεί και βελτιώνει την υγεία, όταν γίνεται συστηματικά, χωρίς υπερβολές, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη, ο κάθε δρομέας, την ηλικία του, την υγεία του, «ακούγοντας» πάντοτε το σώμα του.

- Η ανάπτυξη της αθλητικής παιδείας, της ευγενικής άμιλλας και του φίλαθλου πνεύματος .
Πρόκληση ενδιαφέροντος του φίλαθλου και μη, κόσμου, ώστε να ασχοληθούν με το τρέξιμο, με κίνητρο τη διατήρηση και βελτίωση της υγείας του, τη δημιουργία ισχυρών χαρακτήρων, υγιούς νεολαίας, ισχυρής ψυχικά και σωματικά.

- Να εμφυσήσει στα μέλη του δρομείς, μέσω των σχετικών εκδηλώσεων του, αγάπη προς τη φύση, για μια ισχυρή και υγιή περιβαλλοντική συνείδηση.
